Return Policy and Procedures

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.  Product must be returned in its original and unused condition with all tags and product packaging. 

To return product:

1. Request a Return Authorization Number by providing the information listed below to:                    Returns@Amermills.Com
   1. The name to whom the order was shipped
   2. The PO Number printed on the Pick List sent with your order
   3. The Style and Color Number of the item(s) to be returned
   4. The quantity of each item being returned
   5. A brief explanation of the reason each item is being returned.
2. When you receive the Return Authorization Number:
   1. Pack the product(s) for shipping
   2. Include your name, address, PO Number, and Return authorization Number inside the package.
   3. Write the Return Authorization number in the bottom left corner of the address label.
3. Return the product with shipping prepaid to:

Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Please allow 10 days from the date returns are received by us to process the credit to you account.
